Not yet??? You will!!!!

Remember to proofread your emails, especially if they are going out to everyone in an entire apt association. Added bonus: unnecessary quotation marks.

  1. I had this problem once. I sent an e-mail telling everyone that "I will be working from home and thus I would not be available for you to contact"

It got back to my boss who took me into a room and wanted to understand why I would be working at home but not taking calls.

After he showed me the e-mail it was plain I forgot to put a "Not" between "I will" and "be working".

We laughed and I was told to be more careful when sending out e-mails.

  2. Ha, that's funny KZ. I know I've definitely sent out emails w/ the opposite effect too. More common for me, however, is a text message where one letter replaces another making the word completely different:

    service sounds different than servixe
