Kids these days

Two months ago I was taking pictures of a high school senior, and we were going through his pictures and upon seeing one photo in particular he said
"That's cold"
I thought I misheard him so I asked him what he said.
"I said that picture looked cold."
And I sat there looking at the picture trying to figure out what was wrong with it. He looked warm enough. No goosebumps. So I stood there, saying nothing, just looking. I couldn't find anything wrong so I just said "It'd be no problem to take another one if you want."
And then one of my associates told me that cold is a good thing.

Today I was shooting another high school senior who came out in his first change of clothes with a brand's tag hanging off the pants--like the kind that would tell you the waist size, the length, and inform you that have brand name pants on. So I asked "Do you want to take that tag off there?" and mid sentence realized that he obviously left it on on purpose. So I then added, "Never mind."
"That's what the kids are wearing these days" the mom informed me.
