It's one thing to be cautious
I've recently had different sets of people really wary about giving out any information. Thursday at work I had someone come in wanting me to give them our most expensive apartment without giving me their social security number to check their credit or any income information to show what kind of money they make. In other words, they wanted me to just trust that they had the money and that they were who they said they were. Sounds like a great way to run an apt community.
