Mike: Thank you for calling P--- V------ Aparments, this is Mike!
Her: Hi Mike, this is [I Forget Her Name] and I had recently put a deposit down on a house
Me: Ok, and how can I help you? [we get a lot of people that move after buying a house]
Her: Well we put a deposit down of a thousand dollars on a bed and were were supposed to get it back.
Me: I'm sorry, a bed?
Her: (Getting angry) No!
Me: Did you put in an application for an apartment? [at this point I realize she's a wrong number but she's being so vague I dont' want to dismiss her when she may mean something like "security deposit" but just not know the word.]
Her: No we put down a thousand dollars and we were SUPPOSED to get it back in 30 days but we HAVENT
Me: Are you trying to--
Her: And because we canceled we were supposed to get our money back!
Me: I'm sorry are you--
Her: Wait this isn't Better Homes Realty?
