I'm working on my application to become a notary public and I have to submit my application to "The Office of the Great Seal" which is an awesome name. Perhaps I will be taken to a special office in the Secretary of State where the Seal's Great Counsel sits around a magic orb and determines if I have what it takes to bear the seal.
