Cool Segway/GM Transportation

I wish I would have thought of this: just take a segway and turn it into a small car-like thing. The internet says "deathtrap" but not any more so than something like a motorcycle. And if more people drove these, they wouldn't be the smallest thing on the road. FFWD to the part where they show it.
